Fake Futures Signal Groups Using the Binance Name and How to Check Them
Somewhere in the comments under any futures video there is a message inviting you to a private group run by a supposed Binance analyst. The group shares a few winning trades, then pushes a paid VIP channel, a copy trading bot that needs your API key, or a deposit to a special account manager. The Binance name is used because it carries trust. Checking these claims takes a minute with a tool Binance provides for exactly this purpose.
Use Binance Verify on every contact
Binance runs a verification page, linked from its help centre, where you can paste a Telegram handle, email address, phone number, website or social media account and see whether it belongs to Binance. If the result says it is not an official channel, treat the group as unrelated to the company regardless of its logo or member count. Bookmark the help centre so you always reach the verification page directly.
Requests that always mean stop
Binance staff will never ask for your password, two-factor codes or API secret, never ask you to transfer funds to a personal address for verification, and never offer private futures signals for a fee. A group that asks you to create an API key with trading permissions and paste it into a bot is asking for control of your account. Even read-only keys reveal your balances and history, so do not share them with strangers.
How these groups build false credibility
Many groups post screenshots of profitable trades taken after the fact, delete losing calls, and fill the chat with accounts that cheer every result. Some impersonate well-known traders. Look for a verifiable track record that includes losses. In practice, almost none of these groups can show one, which tells you most of what you need to know.
If you already shared something
If you gave out an API key, delete it immediately from API Management in your Binance account. If you shared a password or code, change your password, reset two-factor authentication and review Device Management for unknown logins. Report the impersonating account through the channels listed in the help centre so it can be taken down.
Risk boundary: Binance Futures Cost Guide
Digital assets are volatile and derivatives can amplify losses. This website has no login, wallet connection, deposit form or customer-support chat. A referral link only records attribution; it does not guarantee access, pricing, rewards, approval or investment results. Availability can differ by residence, legal entity and product, so no regional access is assumed from language or branding alone.
Scenario checkpoint
- Paste any group, handle or website into Binance Verify before trusting its claims.
- Refuse every request for passwords, two-factor codes or API secrets from chat contacts.
- Delete from API Management any key you ever pasted into a third-party signal bot.
- Report impersonating accounts using the reporting channels listed in the help centre.
